1. Description of Service

SlotScout is an automated tool that monitors the US visa appointment system (ais.usvisa-info.com) on your behalf and attempts to book or notify you of available appointment slots within a date window you specify. The Service operates by logging into the AIS portal using credentials you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or citizen of Canada to use SlotScout. You must have a valid application in the AIS system with visa fees paid.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your AIS credentials are correct and that your account is in good standing on AIS.
• You must not use the Service for any purpose other than booking or monitoring your own visa appointment.
• You must not share your SlotScout account with others or use a single account to book appointments for multiple applicants.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service.

4. No Guarantee

SlotScout does not guarantee that a suitable appointment will be found or booked. Appointment availability is determined entirely by the US Department of State and the AIS system. We make no warranty that the Service will operate without interruption or that the AIS portal will not change in ways that affect functionality.

5. Automation Disclaimer

By providing your AIS credentials, you authorize SlotScout to log into the AIS portal and interact with it on your behalf. You understand that the US Department of State's terms of service may restrict automated access, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from using automation on your account, including account restrictions or delays.

SlotScout operates at human-like speeds and does not engage in aggressive scraping. We limit the frequency of checks and incorporate random delays to minimize impact on the AIS system.

6. Credits and Payments

• Credits are charged only upon successful completion of a session (appointment booked or slot found, depending on mode).
• Credits are non-refundable once a session has successfully completed.
• Credits never expire.
• If a session fails without completing its objective, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

7. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are only awarded when the referrer has made at least one credit purchase. We reserve the right to reverse referral credits in cases of fraud or abuse (e.g., self-referral using disposable email addresses).

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent our systems. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlotScout and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed appointments, travel costs, or visa application outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
